Generalities
Items returned must match the quantity and model reference on the corresponding forms. Failure to follow this referral procedure may result in delays, additional charges, or rejection of your referral.

Products must be returned in their entirety (eg Central 220V with its box)

Resumption and repackaging:
Reposals of products or their packaging are subject to prior agreement of our services and may lead to invoicing in accordance with our general conditions of sale.

Early exchange:
Requests for advance exchanges are subject to prior agreement and subject to the receipt of a firm order.
The order form must show the RMA number assigned by our after-sales service. Defective parts must be returned within 10 days upon receipt of new products. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in invoicing of the replaced products.

By returning the product, you agree to pay a diagnostic package (40 € PUHT) in the event that no failure was found by our services.
